...is a Geographical Information System (GIS) consulting company that specializes in geospatial analysis using open source and proprietary GIS applications. Source3 Computing draws experience from environmental mapping of the oil and gas fields in New Mexico to dewatering projects along the west coast of California. Source3 Computing has extensive knowledge of enterprise geodatabase architectures and web mapping applications.
In addition, Source3 Computing is dedicated to providing the community with:

Current Projects
This is an extension of the project listed below. The purpose of this web mapping application is to provide natural resource companies a GIS to determine the geology, depth water water, groundwater elevation, and karst areas throughout the United States. Future development of the project depends on additional funding.
The purpose of this web mapping application is to assit the oil and gas industry in New Mexico with the completion of Form C-144. The web map allows users to view groundwater, hydrogeologic, and oil and gas data. The data can be viewed on aerial photographs, USGS Topographic Maps, or a Geologic Map.
The conceptual model for the Brownfield Web Map is to use a Geographical Information System (GIS) to support decision making processes during site selection for a Brownfield reclamation. The advantages of the proposed toolbox and web map portal over other GISs are:
- contains Brownfield data unique to the area
- contains decision making tools to help with data evaluation
- reduces costs by using open source software
