Rates

Source3 Computing charges by time and materials. Our rates are presented below. On client request, other payment methods may be arranged.

Currently, we only accept cash, check, or PayPal as payment. As or clientele grows, we will include credit and debit card payments. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days from date of invoice for services rendered. A 1.5% service charge per month after 30 days of invoice date (18% per annum) will apply.

GIS: Geographical Infromation Systems

From location maps on a website to spatial analysis using web map services and desktop applications, Source3 Computing can provide geographical information solutions and spatial analysis. We prefer to use open source software for GIS (ie, Grass GIS, MapServer, and OpenLayers). However, we recognize that proprietary GIS software has its place too.

Computer Repair and Upgrades

From software to hardware failures (except for computers run over by a city bus or thrown out a second story window), your computer is most likely repairable. The average computer repair or updgrade takes about 2-3 hours; unless your computer will not start. Let us know what is wrong with your computer or what you want your computer to do and we will provide you with a cost estimate.

Home Networking

Networking computers, printers, scanners, and setting up security can be confusing too some people to configure. In reality, no network or computer connected to the internet is 100% secure. But you can take precaution to reduce the probability of attack. Please contact us to see how we can help you.

Customized Training

Everyone has their own level of knowledge, abilities, and needs when using a computer. And their learning style may differ. Therefore, we will train you one-on-one. Yes, it may cost more than a group training, but what your get out of personalized training is much more useful to you, the end user.

When you call us to schedule a training, we will have a brief conversation to determine your needs. During the training session, we will teach you the needed skillset through self discovery, utilization of online tutorials, self-help websites, and the software's Help feature.
